Welcome to Renaissance Knife & Tool, a company quietly started by a group of ex-printers in 2002. The core knowledge of our company comes from a combined hands-on service record of over 70 years of experience on the production line. Our owners and employees have backgrounds in every job from press operator, to maintenance specialist, to vibration and wear expert, to project engineer. Unlike most vendors, we have walked a mile in your shoes and know how our products affect your bottom line. Many of us started out as apprentices taught our Craft by Master Craftsmen and let that history show in our parts and service.
We decided to start RKT to help supply a quality part at a reasonable price. We're a vendor who knows how the part affects the machine and your production. Our goal is to decrease your cost, not with cheap parts, but by keeping you running longer and with less problems.
Production in 2 locations in Tennessee and our partners in Germany allows us to have production capabilities with CNC Mill, CNC Lathe, CNC Router, Surface - OD - ID Grinders, EDM Wire cutting, Tempering Oven, Standard Mills and Lathes. We are experienced in working with all types of Metals and Plastic. Working closely with our suppliers has led to the introduction of two unique plastics into the print industry. We work extensively in Vulkollan solid and foam and are the only rebuild of insert jaws in the US using Vulkollan strips.
